How long will it take to receive my package?

Parcels are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. If payment is done by eft and you require your package to be sent as per time stated above, then a proof of payment should be sent to cnieuwoudt93@gmail.com. Alternatively your package will be sent 1-2 working days from the date of receipt of funds.

Courier/ postal fee will be added to the total order when checking out. 

Domestic (South Africa):

1) Collection from our home office in Gordon's Bay, Free: Ready within 24 business hours

2) Registered post R45.00: Delivery time: +/- 5-8 business days. 

3) PAXI Courier (From our local Pep store to yours) R60.00: Delivery time: 7- 9 business days. 

4) Courier R90.00: Delivery time: +/- 1-3 business days.

International: 

1) Registered post R150.00: Delivery time: +/- 10-15 working days.

Once we have sent your item it is your responsibility to track the package. We will provide you with a tracking number. Ikaria does not take accountability for delivery delays with couriers/ postal services or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

 Return Policy

Ikaria Collection allows for exchange of items. We do not refund at this stage. You will qualify for an exchange of product if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or if the size does not fit. Please note that you will only qualify for an exchange if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your product stating the reason for the swap.

Ikaria will only exchange the product if it has not been worn, washed, has no marks or odour present. Please return the item in the plastic bag that you received it in. If exchanging bikini bottoms please make sure that the sanitary plastic sticker is still in tact. If it is has been removed, we will be unable to exchange the bikini. Ikaria will inspect the item once it has been received, and reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item has been damaged in any way.

The return cost is not covered by Ikaria. If an item is returned, and approved for exchange Ikaria will cover the courier fee of the new item to you :)!

Sale items will not be exchanged/refunded.
